N93i after update- Video quality sucks !?!? help

i bought n93i 1year ago , i updated it with latest
firmware .30.0.013 and now i have very bad quality on video (with highest quality {TV} )
it's obvious that the new videos captured with new firmware are bad and have lower quality than my old videos captured with original firmware..
i am not the only one faces this problem with N93i new firmware... help me please , and how i contact nokia for this issue . they should make new firmware solving this ...

the problem that videos now have " hazy " picture and you can't see details of the face or words written on walls clearly . you know simply i will summarize the problem >>old firmware had Divx quality videos but this one is something like Rmvb quality ...:smileysad:.. all these problems wasn't in the old firmware ..

I have a N-93i and use version 30 firmware. I do not afce any problem you have mentioned in the post. As for the hazy picture the reason could be 1) The glass over the lens is dirty 2)The zooming mechanism is faulty.
Get it checked at Nokia care.
For your information N-93i is one of best phones for video recording. It is the only Nokia phone with 3x optical zoom.

you use firmware 3.0 came with your phone or you update from previous firmware to 3.0 .. it differs.
---if you bought phone with firmware 3.0 so you will
not face problems
---but if you update your phone by PC to new firmware (october 2007 ) 3.0 .. you must have this problem ..

When I bought it was version 20 which I updated to 30 when thee firmware was released in Oct 2007

i was firmware 1.1 and updated to 3.0
i have two friends face the same problem
when updated from 1.1 to 3.0 .. it's clear that the video now is bad especially whn you connect to TV or see fullscreen on PC .. don't know what to do .. hope nokia release another firmware to n93i...

really it's clear to me and many of my friends
THE NEW FIRMWARE makes the quality of video BAD BAD BAD ,,, the original firmware 1.1 was great and clear video quality ... now with latest firm the quality is not clear and some small rectangles appear ,, faces of people not appear well now .,. my cannon digital camera shoots better videos...Ahhh!?!?#:smileysad: the cannon has only 20 fbs Grrrrr .... Give me the 30fbs quality back NOKIA plzzzzz....

New Bugs in the lateset firmware .....
the calculator has some errors ... when you try to type nymbers like 5.5 it appears 505 :smileysad:
Ohhhhh! come on nokia modify errors in this upgrade and give us stable one :smileysad:
