Hi i used to connect my nokia E71 until last week using bluetooth and sync outlook and do watver else is possible with the software.

Suddenly my PC recognizes my phone and it shows connected on the sys tray. But when If i try a sync, the dialogue does not come up on my phone at all. And the warning report says "mobile device has not responded"

I did not do anything out of the normal..i am not sure if i enable a software upgrade.

I had the same problem after I installed Nero 8 . You may either re-install the bluetooth app or try to activate PC Synch from your phone first and then run Synch from your PC. Hope it will solve the issue.
